Fabrizio Romano has confirmed another deal that involves Chelsea this Wednesday afternoon.

Kante’s contract at Chelsea runs out at the end of this month and he will then become a free agent, so the deal will not be able to be officially confirmed until then. But consider it a done deal with the above statements now out by two top sources.
