Kalidou Koulibaly has been spotted in Riyadh, capital of Saudi Arabia, after allegedly completing a medical there.
A £17m deal has been talked about for more than a week now, and we’re hearing from people in the know like Fabrizio Romano that it could all be done pretty soon.
This certainly looks like him, and it certainly looks like Riyadh, so there’s no reason to doubt that’s exactly what’s going on here. £17m would represent a significant loss on what we paid a year ago, but given these are the only teams who are going to pay his huge wages, getting rid of him for any money at all is a bonus.
