Gary Cahill has retired from football, but he’s taken up punditry now and was on Talksport talking Chelsea this morning.
He is very positive about incoming manager Mauricio Pochettino, who officially takes over on the 1st of July.
Cahill thinks he will be a great choice – he says he’s a “good fit” and points to all of the good qualities that the former Spurs boss has that he can bring to bear at Stamford Bridge.
We’re equally positive – but then again so are all football fans in June… let’s see how we’re all feeling in December.
