Jon Obi Mikel was a great player for Chelsea and it’s really interesting to hear his thoughts on this new team being built by Mauricio Pochettino in his exclusive chat with Caughtoffside on their Debrief podcast.
Funnily enough, he spent a lot of it praising Thomas Tuchel. He said he was willing to give Pochettino “a chance” given his impressive work at Spurs, but said that he was sure that sacking Tuchel was “the wrong move.”
Well, you don’t have to be a Champions League winner with Chelsea to know that – but at least we’re hearing him speak openly and unfiltered here.
