The bad performances on the pitch for Chelsea last season reeked of off the field issues and bad vibes at our Cobham training ground, and Mauricio Pochettino seems very aware of that.
In his introductory interview with the club, it was very notable how he spoke about the training ground.
He said that he wanted them to feel “comfortable” and “important” at the training ground. He said he wants it to “feel like home,” which must be vital given half this squad are very young and have mostly arrived in the last 12 months.
