Raheem Sterling is a player we all like to see doing well, and his press conference before Chelsea’s game against Brighton at the weekend reminded us all of how he’s now one of the veterans of the squad.
He was asked about his leadership style, with discussions about the captaincy the elephant in the room.
We really need him to lead on the pitch – we all know how dangerous he can be, and we’re fascinated to see if Mauricio Pochettino can get the best out of him.
You can see the winger speaking in the clip embedded here:
🗣 "My leadership is not the one to talk a lot, but the most important for me is to try and lead on the pitch."

What a waste of time making him a captain, the best thing for Chelsea would be to sell him now.His contribution so far has been pathetic for a so called experience player, the younger players are making him look extremely poor.
