The Moises Caicedo to Chelsea saga has been one of the craziest ever transfer stories on record so far, and Chelsea are well and truly involved.
Of course, The Blues have been trying to sign the Brighton midfielder all summer and have been criticised for not getting it done yet. And this has led to an attempted hijack by Liverpool, who they ironically play tomorrow in their Premier League opener.
It’s been a roller-coaster last two days with the pendulum swinging in and out of Chelsea’s favour of landing the player, with it right now being back in their favour.
Apparently, according to reliable insider Nathan Gissing, Chelsea’s offer of £115m for Caicedo is finally in.
