Gianfranco Zola and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink are playing in the Game4Ukraine this weekend, and so they were interviewed by Talksport, not just about that game but also about Chelsea’s preseason under Mauricio Pochettino.
Jimmy was particularly happy with how things had gone, and he raved about the improvements he had seen in the team:
“You can see there’s a new manager there with new ideas, you can see the structure there, he’s training them really hard. They look a lot fitter. They react a lot quicker when they lose the ball. It looks a lot better,” JFH enthused.
Zola agreed, and said similar things about the team’s progress.
