(Video): Former Blue explains the huge problem in Chelsea’s squad building

Frank Leboeuf was on ESPN today talking about Chelsea’s ongoing problems and what the club can do to sort it out.

In this case he was really fixated on one aspect of Chelsea’s squad building problems – the low average age.

He was able to compare this to his time at the club. He pointed out that the majority of players were between 26 and 32, and that young players coming in to the team (like John Terry) had a host of experienced veterans to compete with and learn from.
