Mauricio Pochettino has had 5 press conferences as Chelsea coach now, and pretty much every one of them has begun with him being asked about a new signing.
Today it was Cole Palmer’s turn after the youngster arrived from Manchester City in the morning, and Pochettino was able to explain just why he was so excited to get the youngster on board.
“He’s a fit for the project” Pochettino explained, noting that Palmer wanted to move somewhere where he could play more often as well. Let’s hope it works out as well in practice as in theory.
