Axel Disasi faced up to media duties after Chelsea’s draw with Bournemouth, where he was asked how he was feeling after playing his 5th Premier League game, a minor milestones but a first point at which we might be able to assess his progress.
He responded right away that he was feeling “better game by game” as he adapts to the Premier League.
It’s easy to forget how quickly he was thrown in to action against Liverpool on the first day of the season. He hadn’t played a friendly minute for us, and had only just signed, so it’s no wonder he’s still just getting settled.
