TalkSport were talking sport last night, and the subject of Cole Palmer’s move to Chelsea was front and centre.
Both the presenters were against the move from Palmer’s point of view, and both reckoned he should have been more patient and waited for his chance at Manchester City.
They say he’s been “advised wrong” and that he should have had faith in Pep Guardiola to develop him as he had Phil Foden in a similar position. “It’s a crazy transfer,” Darren Ambrose said.
We will see if that’s true in the years to come.
