Paul Merson was on Soccer Saturday at the weekend, and after Chelsea’s game finished he revealed that he had predicted the score would be 1-0 to the Tricky Trees.
He said he had seen Chelsea “too many times” to not see it coming. He then proved that by perfectly outlining what is wrong with our attacking play.
“They find it so difficult… so mundane, so slow, it’s never constant pressure…” he explained, saying that teams that sit deep against us find it so easy to keep us out.
