(Video): Chelsea go from worst to first in important stat after Burnley game

Sky Sports are looking at each Premier League team in turn as we enter the October international break, and James Saavedra had some interesting points to make about Chelsea’s sudden upturn in goalscoring efficiency.

He pointed out that in the 7 games leading up to last weekend’s win, the Blues had scored 7 goals from 102 shots on goal. That’s 6.9%. As bad as it gets.

Meanwhile against Burnley, they managed 4 goals from 9 shots. That’s a rate of 44.4%. Quite the contrast. Unsustainable long term, but amazing. Long may it continue!
