It’s a bit of a football tradition that the last training session on a Friday before a Saturday game is a bit of fun.
You don’t want to tire the group out too much, and you want to keep everyone loose and positive. We saw Thomas Tuchel’s famous mini footballs, Frank Lampard organising basketball games, and now we’ve got a look at what Mauricio Pochettino likes.
He had the players trying to get the ball the length of the mini pitch and score in a mini goal – without it touching the ground. It led to some spectacular diving headers and volleys, and plenty of fun.
