Christopher Nkunku is on his way back to full fitness, Mauricio Pochettino has revealed in his press conference today.
“He is really close” he said when first asked about the attacking midfielder, before later revealing that he was training on his own out on the grass, waiting for the green light to start working with the team again.
The coach suggested that we might see Frenchman after the November international break, which seems like a perfect moment to aim for. That will be a truly exciting moment for the club without doubt, especially if we’ve maintained our good form until that point.
