On NBC after full time of Chelsea’s defeat to Brentford, Robbie Mustoe was asked where the Blues find themselves now. He referred back to his colleague Andy Townsend’s comments in commentary:
“This Chelsea team are not ready for the expectations on them. They’re just not ready for that.”
It’s correct. It only took a couple of injuries today to strip any semblance of experience out of the team. When we were 1-0 down, who were we turning to off the bench? A pair of teenagers.
