Frank Lampard was a fascinating watch on Monday Night Football last night, giving real insight on things behind the scenes at Chelsea under the new ownership.
The legendary former player took on a caretaker manager role last season so he knows more than anyone how things work behind the scenes, and also knows this current crop of players pretty well.
His comments post-game on Conor Gallagher, who was excellent in the win over Fulham, were revealing.
“There’s a lot of things you don’t see” Lampard explained, going into detail on the passion and commitment that the academy product has behind the scenes.

He needs to improve on passing creative pass like Enzo that’s will help him to be tough nuts footballer . His attack should improve the way his playing day in crystal palace . Look at Enzo caceido passing is world class, he has to learn to those two. I don’t know if Lavia will start . It’s going to be competitive now Palmer showing he has to play what if NKunKu start to play . Noni is not playing, he need to show poch that he can play too . Mudryk needs to play regularly to get his confidence intact . Whose player’s striker Chelsea FC needs to buy Toney , Osimhen , or Sebastian Gimenez . Or Broja and Jackson enough for this season to play upfront . Washington the young Brazilian should give a chance to experience to play in English League . Hope they will recall Santos from loan .
