Chelsea’s Cobham youth academy is world famous. But what makes it better than everyone else’s?
A really interesting Tifo video has looked into this, with some interesting claims about what stands us apart. Apparently our talent identification is a “well oiled machine” and we move faster than anyone else when scooping up young players in the very youngest age groups.
It also reminded of Mauricio Pochettino’s claims that the club need to “energise” the academy.
