Mauricio Pochettino spoke to Chelsea TV after a completely crazy game at the New White Hart Lane. It’s hard to know how to analyse a match like that, and much of his response was really just waffle.
But it was interesting that he noted “we forced them to make many mistakes.”
That’s an aspect of the game that has been forgotten a little. Yes the momentum swung with the red cards, but they were a result of Chelsea getting back into the game and getting stuck into Tottenham too.
