It seems like it gets the finest touch off a defender just before it reaches him, but the results are spectacular(ly bad).
The good news is that it’s Cole Palmer involved again. After a quiet first half he’s been all over here, driving forward with the ball and doing damage. This should have been his second assist of the day.
