Alfie Gilchrist has played about 5 minutes of senior football in his career for Chelsea, but has already racked up two super meme-worth moments to put himself on the path to cult status already.
In midweek he was literally on the pitch for a minute, but in that minute he hared around shouting at his teammates and then charged down a clearance using his head. Everyone loved it.
Coming on in a similar role today, he once again had to make a vital intervention, this time with Luton pressing for an equaliser. He made a great physical tackle, cleared out the attacker, and booted the ball down the pitch with the final touch of the game.
