Mauricio Pochettino was asked in the press conference previewing tomorrow’s game what he would ask of his team following a disappointing defeat to Wolves, and he immediately had 3 things come to mind.
“We need to win, we need to perform, we need to compete better than today [against Wolves]” the manager said without hestitation.
If we see all 3 of those things, fans will come away happy. But on recent evidence, we don’t have our hopes up. It’s the final home game of a tough year for Chelsea’s fans, and they desperately need something to celebrate.
