With Robert Sanchez’s injury confirmed, it will be Djordje Petrovic in goal for Chelsea tomorrow afternoon.
But it was in fact third choice man Marcus Bettinelli who made the best save we saw all week in training, as you can see in the Chelsea TV footage from behind the scenes. He stopped a close range header from someone (Deivid Washington?) with a strong left hand.
The best part is his cool reaction. While everyone claps, he’s straight back to his feet. That’s a top pro. Who knows, we’re only one injury away from him getting in the team now…
