Tuesday night was a great night for Conor Gallagher.
He captained the side once again, and led them to a cup semi final. Along he way he smashed in a great penalty. Speaking after the game, he called it “the best feeling I’ve had in a Chelsea shirt” and we can see why.
As he says himself, the fact that that is the case is pretty damning of Chelsea’s achievements in the two years that he’s been a regular player.
Let’s hope this isn’t even making his top 10 in 18 months time.
You can see the captain speaking in the clip embedded here:

About time we had some luck after the season we’ve had where do I start,I think Mr pochettino needs to pick a different squad after all we have so many players to choose from,And they’re all on long contracts which is worrying,And as long as Mr boehly stays in the boardroom and doesn’t get involved in the squad picking ,And we can only hope now for a much better season next year,And please get sterling out he’s not the player he used to be and he’s the highest earner,I’ve hung my stripes up in my wardrobe now as I’ve seen enough for one season anyway good luck chelsea we will definitely need it.
