Gab Marcotti and Julien Laurens spoke on their podcast this morning about Hugo Ekitike, the 21 year old PSG attacker currently struggling for minutes in Paris.
Marcotti made the suggestion that Chelsea should take a punt on him in January, with PSG looking to loan him out and the striker keen to go.
It’s an interesting suggestion for sure – but in reality what we need is more experience in the team, not more potential. We’ve tried time and again with talented attackers who haven’t made it work. This would be just another gamble.
