We saw Christopher Nkunku training last week with the rest of the team, and that continued today, with Sky Sports grabbing footage of him at Cobham training with the group ahead of Wednesday night’s game against Liverpool.
The attacker is recovering from his injury setback, and has surely had enough time to be back in contention now.
Pochettino’s comments before the game against Aston Villa made it sound a lot like Nkunku will be considered for selection in the game – we’re sure at the worst he will come off the bench.
