(Video): “It’s my job” – Palmer loves the pressure of being Chelsea’s main man

Star boy Cole Palmer and returning captain Ben Chilwell spoke to the cameras after Chelsea’s narrow 1-0 win over Fulham today.

Palmer’s penalty won the game, his 13th goal or assist in 13 Premier League starts this season. That’s an incredible record, and the presenter asked him whether he enjoyed the pressure of being the man man in what is basically his first senior season.

“It’s my job,” Palmer replied calmly.

That’s what he’s all about. He doesn’t seem to feel the pressure, unlike so many of his skittish teammates, who will need to up their game and take up the slack sometime soon.
