(Video): Superb Enzo pass let down by cocky Palmer finish

Chelsea have struggled to break down a really deep and solid Preston back 5 today, and it feels like they’re going to need a magical pass from their midfield to unlock things.

They got just that from Enzo just now – he chipped a wonderful ball over the top to Cole Palmer, who tried to match the Argentine’s class with a little dink over the goalkeeper.

We’re not complaining – it was an ambitious finish which might have had some coaches rolling their eyes, but that’s Palmer’s style, and it comes off more often than it doesn’t. We wouldn’t change a thing. Next time, it’s going in.
