Two changes Pochettino is certain to make – but questions about how he makes them

We’re absolutely fascinated to see the lineup that Mauricio Pochettino picks for tonight’s game against Crystal Palace.

He’s got a lot of things to think about, and the team is in a funny place after they followed two dreadful defeats with a good win.

Some changes are almost certain – Christopher Nkunku will come back into the team, and Benoit Badiashile will have to drop out after his injury.

How does Pochettino make that happen though? It seems like Nkunku plays as a false 9, with Nicolas Jackson staying on the left wing and Cole Palmer moving to the right wing. That would mean Noni Madueke dropping out.

In defence, the most likely solution is Thiago Silva coming back in for Badiashile. But that risks putting back us into the defensive mess that cost us 8 goals in 2 games. If Levi Colwill or another option is chosen at centre back, it will represent a very big moment in the season.
