Chelsea face Liverpool at Wembley in the Carabao Cup final in just under an hour, and the teams are in!
Mauricio Pochettino had some huge questions to answer for his first cup final team at Chelsea. The main decisions were over whether to start Christopher Nkunku, and whether to bring Thiago Silva back into the team.
Well, neither do get into the side. Silva isn’t even on the bench, with his groin injury picked up against Crystal Palace clearly still affecting him. Nkunku will be saved for an impact off the bench, although it didn’t really work out that way last weekend against Manchester City.
The team is just what you’d expect – the same team that lined up in our last game. They did well against City, can they repeat the trick today? Let’s hope so.
