Chelsea are back in for an old target, according to a report from TEAMTalk.
The Blues spent a good year or so in pursuit of Jules Kounde when he was at Sevilla, but in the end he went to Barcelona.
Apparently our interest has now been refreshed. We apparently sent scouts to this week’s Napoli vs. Barcelona game to watch not only Victor Osimhen (who got a goal), but also Kounde. The whole thing sounds rather unlikely. Unless he comes at a massive discount, the France international is not young enough to have big profit potential.
Chelsea are looking at Jules Kounde again after scouting him playing against Victor Osimhen's Napoli this week
They've signed Fofana, Badiashile and Disasi since Barcelona beat them to Kounde in 2022, but would the ex-Sevilla star be the best of the lot?https://t.co/GbFyzyocUC

Now what does seem likely is Barcelona being open to selling him. They’re open to selling anyone, at the right price, given their current financial issues.
Chelsea are clearly still in flux a centre back. Thiago Silva and Trevoh Chalobah are on their way out, Disasi seems good but maybe limited at the very top, Badiashile inconsistent, Fofana injured
Is buying another new player wise?
