As we approach the summer transfer window more and more talk about Chelsea;s plans for it will and has surfaced in the last hours.
We will surely be hearing more and more on the plans going forward as we approach the end of the season, but it is clear that Chelsea will be looking to do some more key bits of business in terms of outgoings and arrivals.

Whilst I still don’t think it will be as busy as we have seen from Chelsea in previous recent windows, I do expect them to be pretty active in the market again in the summer window, and there are a few positions they will be looking to address.
One of those positions as we all know is the striker department, but they are also looking at wingers!
According to The Guardian, Chelsea are weighing up a move for the Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams this summer. Williams, who has a release clause of around £43m in his contract.
