Just when it looked like it might be “one of those days,” Chelsea have had this game put on a plate for them.
Mykhailo Mudryk’s pace was the weapon here once again, with the winger running clear of Lorenz Assignon, who was given a second yellow and conceding a penalty when he brought Mudryk down in the box.
With no Raheem Sterling on the pitch to get involved, Cole Palmer had a clear run at the penalty, and he put it away in his usual fashion to give us a lead as well as a one man advantage.
