Chelsea have reportedly met with the agent of a potential new right back to register their interest in signing the player.
That is according to a report from Globo this week.

They claim that Chelsea are interested in Sport Recife’s 17-year-old right-back Pedro Lima and have met his staff to register their interest, but the youngster wants to focus on his club right now.
They also state that Liverpool and Manchester City are watching the full back closely as well, with City having a scout at a recent game.
This is very much Chelsea right now, keeping an eye on all the latest up and coming talents and trying to get int here before they become expensive superstars. Pretty much every other day we see Chelsea links to a new teenager.
It looks like if they want to sign this one though, they are going to have competition and not only that, they will have to be patient!
