An exclusive from one respected insider claims that Chelsea are set to meet with the reps of Crystal Palace star Michael Olise in an attempt to close out the signing.
There has been plenty of reports circulating recently suggesting that Chelsea are keen on signing Olise and have been since last summer when they got very close to getting him them. Olise signed a new contract at that time but it is believed there is now a release clause placed in said contract, meaning that Chelsea can sign him if they are willing to pay the fee.

Olise to Chelsea seems like something that is just written in the stars, but Manchester United had been a real threat to Chelsea if other reports are to be believed – they also want him.
But more noise is now suggesting that Olise to Chelsea really is on and could genuinely happen.
Chelsea set to meet with Olise’s reps this week
Reliable insider Academy Scoop has put out an exclusive on this, and it’s positive and good news for Chelsea fans, without a doubt.
They claim Chelsea will meet with Michael Olise’s representatives in the coming days with a view to proactively concluding a deal. The London Club are taking aggressive measures to ensure they beat Manchester United to the Frenchman’s signing – their efforts aided by Olise’s pre-existing relationship with Chelsea recruitment specialist Joe Shields.
And it doesn’t look like United will be much of a concern as competition either.
The report continued and said despite holding Olise in high regard – a right-winger doesn’t rank as highly on Manchester United’s priority list as some have alluded to. INEOS are focusing their efforts on defensive and midfield signings. Talks are underway with representatives of several potential targets.
