As we approach the summer transfer window, there is a lot of business to be done, and it looks like Chelsea’s clear plans are starting to come together now.

Romano already reported that Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo has agreed to join Chelsea as a free agent this summer, and he called the ‘here we go’ deal agreed on that yesterday as well.
