Chelsea now have a 5-2 lead over Wolves after an 15 minute hattrick from Noni Madueke.
The winger has been the star of the show since before kick off – he accidentally made a social media post public which insulted Wolverhampton. That led to boos, which seems to have led to goals.
The second was remarkably similar to his first goal – a quick transition up the pitch, Cole Palmer drawing in defenders then feeding the ball to Madueke, who shot straight at the keeper, this time seeing the ball go through Jose Sa rather than off a defender.
The third – well you know the story by now. Cole Palmer, overlap, finish, goal. It’s a great day out for all involved.
