“I told you already!” – Fabrizio Romano absolutely raves about new Chelsea signing

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano wont often revert to opinions when reporting transfer news, but he couldn’t help himself getting excited about a new Chelsea signing.

Romano, like most Chelsea fans right now, has been growing in excitement for a pending new arrival at the club.

BIG EXCLUSIVE!! Chelsea exploring ambitious move to sign Manchester City centre back as well as watching TWO Benfica defenders!!

It feels like at least once a week right now we are posting highlights of another Estevao Willian goal for his club Palmeiras, but soon he will be doing that in a Chelsea shirt.

The young Brazilian winger will officially join Chelsea in the summer of 2025, and Romano has been absolutely raving about him prior to his arrival in England.

Romano LOVES Estevao!

Estevao scores for fun

Speaking on his latest YouTube video, Romano says:

“This boy, guys, is special! I told you already in the summer when Chelsea signed him; this is an underrated signing! This is a fantastic talent!”

“How Chelsea were fighting for him is a crazy story! What I can tell you is Chelsea internally, the excitement is really, really huge! They believe they signed one of the top talents in the world, not just in South America! They have good reports for him on and off the pitch. Professional, committed, and focused on succeeding in football!”

Estevao will visit England soon, Romano also confirms:

“Estêvão Willian will be in England before the end of the year; this is the plan: to travel to London, to adapt, and maybe visit Chelsea, obviously at Cobham and maybe at Stamford Bridge. They are planning the trip.”

I think we can all see the talent that this boy has and at such a young age as well. He already has two senior caps for the Brazilian national team, and he has been breaking records set by Neymar as well this week.

Chelsea have a special player on their hands here for sure.

  1. To maresca don’t waste the talent of NKunKu and Felix. They should play weekend week out not only in Europa conference but also in EPL . Don’t rely too much on Palmer , his been marked by every team . Twix your tactic . Mudryk strength play is in middle not in the wing .. play the trio of Enzo caceido and Lavia all the time .

    1. You’re very right. Every word you’ve said is right. Latvia should be starting, if fit , instead of Enzo. He should also play Felix and Nkunku a lot more. Thanks for bringing it up.

  2. So don’t play Palmer because every team marks him. CR7 ,Messi , Hazard, etc don’t rely on them . What does twix your tactic mean? Has it occurred to you some players look good against weaker opposition? Nkunku has been on the pitch for all 8 EPL games maybe not started every game. He has 1 EPL goal no assists in the tougher league games. Maresca hasn’t convinced me yet but he is with players all week. It’s not about your personal preferences or your favourites. Not is it about mine. I do agree I would like to see Mudryk more central though.

  3. If you purchase the best tune up kit with the strongest spark plugs to service a car, but the spark plugs does not work well with the car, what should you do? Get a another set of spark plugs, perhaps a weaker set, that works better with the car. It’s all about putting the right parts in the right place. The same goes with putting a team together. Putting the right players in the right place. Sometimes it’s not necessarily the best players. As a manager you will have to learn through trial and error. Games come so thick and thin nowadays that it’s almost impossible to get it right through practice sessions in training.
Maresco have inherited a group of players who has experienced a few things in becoming a team, but was not yet a team. I think Maresca has to thank Graham Potter and Pochettino for taking this group of guys through the early stages of developing into a team. What Maresca is doing and doing quite well, I may add, I’s taking them through the final stages of becoming a team. And when that day finally comes, what a beautiful day that will be for true fans of the beautiful game
