Marc Guiu scored an early goal and put in a classic Guiu performance for Spain’s U19 team this afternoon, bulldozing Germany defenders and making a constant nuisance of himself.
In the end it wasn’t enough – Spain ended up losing the game 2-1 to a really impressive Germany team.
But for Guiu, desperate for more minutes after spending a lot of time on the bench at Chelsea, it must be a really positive feeling nevertheless. His highlights from the game show plenty of industry and good link up play to boot.
