Chelsea are now ready to move a player out this summer with Spanish side Real Betis showing an interest, per a sourced report out today.
Chelsea beat Benfica in the first set of knockout rounds in the Club World Cup on Saturday night, but it was far from easy and also, very far from drama!
Sources: Chelsea still looking to sign West Ham star despite agreeing deal to bring Joao Pedro in!
Enzo Maresca labelled it a joke that the game got suspended for two hours due to sever weather conditions and slammed the tournament location as a result, and he really does have a point here.
And then came a flurry of late goal with Benfica equalising deep into stoppage time through a penalty to send it into extra time. Chelsea then bagged a bunch of goals to go on and win the game before it got to penalties!
Chelsea have stockpiled young talent
One of the biggest criticisms about how the new Chelsea owners have operated since they arrived at the club three years ago now, is that they have just signed so many young players and stockpiled talent.
It’s a way of operating for sure, but it also does mean that many of these players will never even play for the club and will just (hopefully) get spun for profit. Will Aaron Anselmino be one of them?
Anselmino has loan interest

A sourced story from TEAMtalk today claims Chelsea are expected to send Aaron Anselmino out on loan this summer, and several clubs have already shown interest.
One of the clubs that they say are apparently recently asking for information is Real Betis in Spain. Chelsea believe a loan move could help the player gain experience and regular minutes next season.
