Chelsea lost to Fulham last night, and it was a full house at Craven Cottage.
Not only was the historic stadium packed with home and away fans, there was also a big “BlueCo” presence. Co-owner Behdad Eghbali was there, along with the full group of sporting directors.
They not only saw their £2bn team beaten, they also heard anti BlueCo and anti Eghbali chants all game.
Chelsea’s toxic away fans compared to bad old days

On the London is Blue podcast they compared the toxic atmosphere to some dreadful past situations at the club.
“I was hearing chants which I haven’t heard since like Rafa Benitez, like what it going on on the terraces? Not good, let’s leave it there, not good,” said their guest Couch Critic.
“They definitely heard the chanting, there’s not a chance that the stand they were in wasn’t hearing it in the same fashion. I think we all know what those chants are,” presenter Nick Verlaney said.
“Not a banner night for the BlueCo crowd that was there to witness not just the game, but also the fans beginning their own mini revolt.”
It will be very interesting to see where things go from here. Certainly results can fix things short term – but long term there will always be doubts. This ownership have used up so much of the goodwill they had from fans, and it’s hard to see how they earn it back without an unprecedented period of success.
Although, the Benitez reference should remind everyone that our last owner made some pretty unpopular decisions at times too.
📢 @nickverlaney: They definitely heard the chanting. I think we all kind of know what those chants are not a banner night for the BlueCo crowd that was there to witness not only the game, the fans be getting their own kind of mini revolt.

In other news…
Malo Gusto put in another big shift last night, and was seen limping away after full time. We hope it’s just a knock, he’s such an important player for the squad given his versatility.
Moises Caicedo had his work cut out last night, from the moment Andrey Santos was sent off, the Ecuador star was on his own in the middle, and he had to step up, as he always does. His stats from the game were ridiculous.
