Chelsea’s Rosenior turnaround faces its real testing run from next week

It’s all going swimmingly for Chelsea at the moment, with the Blues taking a well earned midweek break after a string of good results since Liam Rosenior’s arrival a little over a month ago.

The squad is happy, the fans are happy, the questions about the manager’s qualifications are fading away, win by win. Smiles are back at Stamford Bridge.

New Zealand’s online casino bill prioritises consumer protection

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, new laws are in place to protect customers when they’re betting in online casinos. And just like New Zealanders can feel confident playing a casino game with their new no deposit free spins bonuses in NZ, Chelsea fans can now be a lot more confident about their team getting good results.

Rosenior has brought good vibes, fresh energy and just some all round positive feelings to a club and a fanbase that was heading towards toxicity once again. We just hope it can last.

There’s no doubt that he’s done great work and got great results. But you also can’t deny he’s had the right fixtures to do that.

Coming in with an FA Cup game against Charlton was a lovely touch. Since then he’s had Brentford, Pafos, Crystal Palace, West Ham, Wolves, Leeds and Hull City.

The only tricky games, really, were two against Arsenal (which we lost) and one against a struggling Napoli reduced to the bare bones.

Now there are no truly easy games for top teams these days, but in the grand scheme of things that’s a pretty friendly run for a manager. We don’t have softer stretch all season.

Tougher tests ahead for Rosenior’s merry men

Things are about to get a lot tougher now, and we’re so fascinated to see how Rosenior and his group’s new found form cope with the step up. Burnley this weekend closes out the easy run, then things get a little more complicated.

Arsenal, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Everton Man City and Man U are all on the horizon before mid-April, as well as two legs of a Champions League knockout. That is quite the opposite of the softer fixtures we’ve just cruised through.

This will be the real test of this team’s mettle, and if they pass it with flying colours they could yet be in line to win a trophy this season, something not many were predicting back in December.
