There will be doubts about this one, not least because Barco struggled when he was at Brighton. He does look to have developed since then, but is he really going to raise this team’s floor?

Barco has a skills good additional player for the club though … The want they have to do get jao Gomez from wolves . Santos and essugo future player’s for Chelsea with Lavia , he needs man management . I like to see Acheampong playing in central midfield as DCM . It will improve his defence and his a dribbler and needs to polish his passing the ball . Good height can helps back four defensively . They need to defend solidly against set pieces . They need to control both wings and central midfield . Don’t give a room to any opposition to pass the well . Close them down shadow them . Look at PSG both legs they man mark Palmer . Chelsea FC should play collectively from defence to offence no superstar attitude . Always be humble and enjoy playing football with intent of winning the game than fake and lazy performance . Every one has right for pay rise but depends on the merit of achievement and loyalty performance . Its been a long time this club hasn’t win EPL . Remaining game’s are tough . But play your heart out in the pitch and show that you’re really a professional footballer that has a contract obligation to play hard and win games for the club not fake performance . Chelsea needs a strong player that hold up the ball well and strikes the ball well that GK can’t save it . Chelsea missing a midfielder that can score outside and inside of the box .
