Enzo Fernandez’s future is going to be the subject of speculation for the weeks and months ahead as we reach the summer.

We’ve reached the final run of games of the season, and Chelsea still have a lot to play for. They’re in the FA Cup final, and they can decide their final Premier League place with some good results to close out the season.
Lots of people are already looking ahead to the summer, however, and that includes the Daily Mail, who did a classic round of “keep, loan or sell” this morning.
Enzo could get undeserved wage rise just for practical reasons
First up was Enzo Fernandez, perhaps the most interesting case of all given his comments about leaving a month ago, and the vast price north of £100m we paid for him.
Kieran Gill suggests that Chelsea should keep the midfielder, because they are a “better team with him than without him.”
That is dependent on them striking a new contract deal which “satisfies both Fernandez and Chelsea.” That’s a risky move. When you’ve got a player who has actively tried to move away and effectively gave up on his last manager, rewarding him with a raise is perhaps not the wisest idea.
However, knowing that no team is going to pay close to what we’d want for him, it may be best to just pay him off to try and get him onside again.

Give him pay rise …. Then buy a additional CMs which is quality player fast good playmaker and physically strong to play in premier league with decent defence to help in . Keep Lavia Santos Essugo with Caceido then play Acheampong as one of the pivot in CM position , use his height and he can dribble the ball well . He has good defence , play him like rodri . His young and got good attributes on him to become successful player of the club . Then promote more good Academy player’s to first team . CFc needs new GK then sign a solid FA CBs and buy one quality CB with decent height . Keep Jackson he will help the club to win EPL , play him alongside JP if he wants to stay , he looks been brainwashed by the two destabiliser . If those trio wanted to leave , get a much more quality players to replace them and sell the trio with much more money . Dressing room much better in harmony with teammates and of course with the coach . Results will come good . Barca and Madrid tapping up the players . CFc should stop pre Madonna player’s . They should do their job in the pitch to win than fake performance . CFc needs a strong head coach with excellent tactics to apply to every game and stop the distabliser group of players . I hope they will recruit a solid players to win the EPL . Its due for CFc . Good luck for the remaining game’s to play for this season . I hope the entire boards of directors should gear up for next season to win the EPL that’s show they are true to their words . They know what’s the team squad needs . And apply it .
