This week Chelsea will be back on the road to their Champions League qualification rounds away to Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday 20th October at 19:45 (GMT).
So the first place to start with is a predicted line up, with the form at the minute our team may need some big changes.
Striker
Diego Costa
My predicted striker for the match will be Diego Costa after coming back from a 3 match ban in the Premier League; and scoring our first goal against Aston Villa at the weekend. He looks to be back to the form that we bought him in and hopefully will be back to scoring the many goals that he has so far, and what a place to start this than in the Champions League away to Dynamo Kiev.
Midfielders
CAM:Â Willian
My predicted CAM for the match will be Willian as he has been scoring some amazing goals recently; which have been seen to be identical to those of Gianfranco Zola. He will also work well with Oscar who is later mentioned in the lineup as we know from previous experience from when they have played together.
CDM: Nemanja Matic
My predicted 1st CDM for the match will be Nemanja Matic. He has not been selected in the starting 11 for the past few games and was even subbed off after being subbed on in the home match vs Southampton where we were beat 3-1. For me he is the spine of the team and was one of the vital players that helped us to win the title last season.
CDM: Cesc Fabregas
My predicted 2nd CDM for the match will be Cesc Fabregas. He has still been selected in the starting 11 even though his performance seems to be dipping in form. With him playing in the past games I cannot see him not being picked to be part of the starting 11.
RM: Eden Hazard
My predicted RM for the match will be Eden Hazard. He has been benched a few times already this season. He has been told he will not be in the starting 11 until he picks up his work rate. This is why I think he will be in the starting 11 to test wether his work rate has improved or not. Hopefully it has of that he can be back in our team full time as he is a major player like Matic that we need at this moment in time.
LM: Oscar
My predicted LM for the match will be Oscar. He was on the bench for the match against Aston Villa at home at the weekend. So with him being on the bench for this match I can see him being in the starting 11 against Dynamo Kiev.
Defenders
LB: Baba RahmanÂ
My predicted LB for the match will be Baba Rahman. He played the match at home vs Aston Villa which put Azpilicueta back into the position he belongs in RB. Ivanovic was dropped for Rahman and our defence seemed to have more pace and our overall team looked defensively stronger so this is why I can see him being in the starting 11 against Dynamo Kiev.
CB: John Terry (Captain)
My predicted 1st CB for the match will of course be John Terry who I also think will captain our team out. He played the match at home vs Aston Villa with the defence looking much stronger and Terry being part of our defence he should be in our starting 11 vs Dynamo Kiev
CB: Gary Cahill
My predicted 2nd CB for the match will be Gary Cahill in the place of Zouma who played our home game vs Aston Villa at the weekend. I think he will be chosen as he is more defensively stronger even though he does not have the pace of Zoma I think he will be still chosen in the starting 11.
RB: Cesar Azpilicueta
My predicted RB for the match will be Cesar Azpilicueta back in the position that he is supposed to play in thanks to Baba Rahman being in the starting 11. He is a recurring starter in the team so I think he will be in our starting 11
Goalkeeper
Asmir Begovic
My predicted goalkeeper for the match will be Asmir Begovic as Thibaut Courtios is still out injured and he has been in place so far I don’t see him being changed for Jamal Blackman or our new signing Marco Amelia.
