Chelsea hero Cole Palmer has posted on Instagram after he scored and assisted in his side’s 3-2 home win against Newcastle United last night.
Yesterday was also Axel Disasi’s 26th birthday, so he was celebrating a birthday win, and Palmer chose to mark that with a nice little photo of the centre back in the dressing room after the Toon win!

As you can see below, the birthday boy was very happy to have collected a victory whilst celebrating his day of birth! And Palmer himself found the pose very funny!
