Cole Palmer has had a superb season at Chelsea exceeding everyone’s expectations following his arrival from Manchester City on deadline day last summer.

Palmer has taken the Premier League by storm in his first full season playing regular football, scoring 22 goals and providing eleven assists.

The 22-year-old has become a full England international and is expected to be named in Gareth Southgate’s final 26 man squad for the Euros having made the provisional squad.

Palmer cleaned up at Chelsea’s end of season awards and was also named as the Premier League Young Player of the Year.

The England international became the first Chelsea player to win a Premier League Player and Goal of the Month award in the same month, as well as becoming just the third player aged 21 or under in Premier League history to record 30 goal contributions in a single season.

Palmer finished with a league high 33 goal contributions which saw him break yet another record and become the youngest player in Premier League history to achieve that feat.
