Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has been asked about the immediate future of Chelsea striker Marc Guiu and also, about the transfer rumours involving goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen.
The latter has been rumoured to be joining Chelsea soon, with Fabrizio Romano dropping the ‘here we go’ on a deal agreement at the weekend, as seen below.

And Guiu started his second Chelsea game yesterday in a defeat against Celtic, and he looked pretty decent again.

Guiu is staying at Chelsea, for now…
As the end of the game last night, Maresca was asked what the plan was for striker Guiu, and he said:
“The idea with Marc, with all the young players, is to have a look now during the pre-season and then to make a decision altogether. I think Marc is doing well and he’s one of the guys in this moment is going to stay with us and not going to go somewhere.”
Well Maresca is certainly getting a very good look at him right now.

And as for Jogensen, Maresca remained coy and professional in his response to those questions, as well as answering about another rumoured soon to be done deal, Boca Juniors defender Aaron Anselmino.
When asked if he could confirm medicals to be taking place soon for both players, Maresca said:
“No. The only thing I can say is they are still Boca Juniors player and Villarreal players. The moment they arrive, we will make some comment but at this moment, they are still not our player, so we will see.”
