Joao Felix is on the verge of rejoining Chelsea again this summer but this time he will join on a permanent striker rather than on loan.
Fabrizio Romano had the very latest on that this morning and it looks like Felix is now about to arrive in England to complete his medical to join Chelsea today.

For me, I think Felix is a risk for Chelsea, but it’s a risk worth taking and especially at the fact that we wont be over-paying for him and his fee could actually end up being a bit of a bargain.
I think Felix has a lot of quality and if he manages to settle at Chelsea and is backed, then I think he could become an important player for us.
Impacts Sterling

As you can see from the report above, Felix arriving will now take up yet another attacking midfielder position in Chelsea’s squad, so that spells out bad news for Raheem Sterling.
It looks like Sterling may now be pushed out by Chelsea as they look to attempt to possibly sell him in the final days and weeks of this transfer window.
I think many Chelsea fans will be more than happy to replace Sterling with Felix in the squad, even though they are different profiles and play in slightly different roles.
Sterling’s time at Chelsea should be done, and I think Felix can bring a lot to this Chelsea team under Enzo Maresca and has the chances of being a top signing.
